  GE Honda Aero Engines has begun testing the first full HF120 demonstration engine (including maximum thrust levels) at Honda's Aircraft Engine R&D Center in Japan.

GE Honda Aero Engines is a 50/50 joint venture between GE Transportation and Honda Aero, Inc. The joint venture was formed to design, manufacture, and support turbofan engines and derivatives in the 1000 to 3500 lb. thrust class.
